Our party host was very attentive and offered acivities. She also was flexible on the timing of golf which worked well for the party. I didn't eat the pizza, so I can't really comment on it except to say that the kids liked it.

I was satisfied to the tee and so were our guests.My son had a wonderful time and our party host was great. Our guests all live out here in PA (Milford) and they all stated that they wished there was something like this out here where we live.

The best thing about tha Jumpin Jakes party, besides the fact that the kids love it and they are active, is that the party parents don't have to do ANYTHING! I want to show up, relax and socialize with other parents, and not worry about anything. Keep doing this well and we will keep coming back.

Thank you for being accomodating. We had a summer party and booked a "gold" party, but when a lot of the kids could not come due to being away on vacation, you allowed me to back down a level and I appreciated that. Thank you.

Although pricey, the value was worth it. The personal attention the children got was great. Plus our Party Host was very amenable to our son's requests/suggestions for games for his guests to play, as well as accommodating one party's guest late request to play her one game of miniature golf. All in all, the children had a great time.

My daughter had a great birthday party. Everything ran very smoothly. And our host Joey was fantastic, he's a keeper. He directed and managed the party as expected but his attuid has very friendly, happy, up-beat and very accommodating. I recommned everyone ask for him. He was a really sweet nice guy and the kids loved him.

The party was wonderful. I have no complaints at all. I think if I were to do it again I would bring Juicy Juice or some other 100% juice drink. I realize that most parties are for older kids, but with 2 year olds they don't need to have punch with the sugar from the ice cream they are already getting. If I had thought to ask I'm sure you would have accommodated me. The party was wonderful. the cake was great. THANK YOU.

We had a great party! Our host was fantastic! Joey was personable, attentive, awesome with the kids. Several of our friends commented on how great he was with the kids, and requests that they had. There were a couple of times he reached for something for one of the kids right before I did. Excellent host! I also liked the layout of the facility. The last time we were there, the big slide was in the middle & we thought the layout worked better with the smaller bouncers. Everything was clean too!

The kids had a ball! Very easy party to plan and not alot of work for me which is the best part! Clean facility, friendly staff and good food. We were very pleased with the party.

Our party host, Alysha, was happy and helpful. She understood how overwhelmed I was and really did manage the party quite well. She was prepared, and the kids really seemed to enjoy her. I could not express to you how amazing of an employee she really is. I also enjoyed that when less children showed up, that Jumpin Jakes worked on the price of the party so that I did not have to pay for the children that did not show up. That was a pleasant surprise and I was grateful for that.

We have had our daughters birthday parties there 2 years in a row, and will continue to have them there. The parents enjoy the opportunity to relax knowing their children are in a controlled environment and cannot go far, and the children enjoy running around. Our host was sweet and the children loved her.

Joey was our host in Middletown and he really made the experience so relaxing and enjoyable not only for my daughter, but for me, the busy mom, as well. It is rare to find such a genuine, mature, responsible young man who truly loves kids and interacts with them so well. Kudos to Joey! Thanks for a great time at JJ.

Our party hosts Alysha and Samantha did a fantastic job with our party. I credit them with making it a huge success. We recieved many compliments from the parents that attended the party on how coordinated it was. I would like you to know that I attended a party at the Castle the following day and it was nowhere near as coordinated as your staff! Thank you so much.
